New construction projects can be very complex, but here at Real Roof Contracting we have the skills and experience to make any project happen. We strive to work well with others on the job site, and work hard to get everything done on time and in budget.

Bridgeton Rec Center

Bridgeton, MO 

This 37,500 square foot TPO roof was installed in 2016 over the newly constructed recreation center. Along with the roof we also installed all of the sheet metal associated with the roof.

CVS Pharmacy

Rock Hill, MO

This CVS was constructed in 2014, it is approximately 14,000 square feet of EPDM roof with 300 square feet of shingles.

Caterpillar Logistics

Dayton, OH

The Caterpillar Logistics plant was constructed in 2010 and is over 1,400,000 square feet. This is the largest project that we have worked on!
